Take a walk

Sharing a more personal experience today - The importance of taking a walk. I'll be the first to admit, I don't take walks, not because I am busy; but just because I am lazy. A gust of fresh air is must needed in my life, which is always filled with musty smell of my closed out room. In rarest of rare occasions, when I somehow conjure up the motivation to actually go outside, it is more than a pleasant relief to my senses. I find it most exhilarating not only in terms of physicality of the action but also the way it eternally caresses my soul into a state of nirvana from a state of havoc. Its one of the only things in life which does not change, and it impact remains ever so fervent. You would ask, if that is the case you make mister, then why is it not addictive ? The answer is - lack of motivation. As easy as it sounds, it is quite a hefty job to follow through what you had once decided. You do it once, you do it twice... Then it starts becoming all the more tough so you fall back to your old ways. It happens. Everybody knows their flaws and where they falter. Everybody knows that for rectifying what is wrong in their lives, its never too late. When you walk across those busy streets or peaceful archways of trees, you see things that you would never have while sitting on your five wheeled chair, leaning back , watching Youtube. I'll not be a hypocrite and cite that I do all this myself. I am speaking to myself and all others who do the same things I do and feel the same way. For those who think they are alone in this and they might be the only people who feel hopeless every day. Take a walk. :)
